She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Crouse and Esther Snyder Crouse; and her siblings, Lewis Crouse, Ray Crouse Sr., Eva Jean Caudle and Esther Boze.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Crouse, Foy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC, Fay Hamblen of Tavernier, FL, Polly Story of Winston-Salem, NC, Nancy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC and Peggy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Salem Moravian Graveyard. Then she volunteered in the lab at Community Care Clinic from 2001 until COVID in 2020.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ardmore Moravian Church designated for the Organ Fund, 2013 W. Academy Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
