She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Crouse and Esther Snyder Crouse; and her siblings, Lewis Crouse, Ray Crouse Sr., Eva Jean Caudle and Esther Boze.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Crouse, Foy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC, Fay Hamblen of Tavernier, FL, Polly Story of Winston-Salem, NC, Nancy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC and Peggy Crouse of Winston-Salem, NC. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
Then she volunteered in the lab at Community Care Clinic from 2001 until COVID in 2020.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ardmore Moravian Church designated for the Organ Fund, 2013 W. Academy Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
