She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Fowler Hayworth, Sr. and Marion Gilbert Hayworth. She is survived by: her son Lee Harris (Amber); her grandchildren, Christian Harris and Chloe Harris; her nieces, Jill Hayworth, Susan Hayworth Clarkson, Katherine Hayworth Millikan and Amanda Hayworth McLoughlin; and her close friends, Karen Cook and Dawn Thompson.
