She is survived by: her husband Richard Kim Stevenson; her children, Tony Lee Hopkins (Paige) of Van Buren, Tammy Sue Hopkins (Tommy Guthrie) of Pittsboro, NC and April Lynn Hopkins (Carlos) of Walnut Cove, NC; and her siblings, Herbert Cooke of Rural Hall, NC and Elizabeth Slate of Jamestown, NC.
