He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce Holton; his children, Michelle Ruch (Richie) and Michael Eugene Holton Jr. (April); his grandchildren, Cody, Megan (Matt), Rachel and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Marlee, Emaura and Colden; his brothers, Johnny Holton (Mary), Robert Holton (Rita) and Billy Holton (Becky); and his sister-in-law Cathy Horton (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
