He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Miller Kite and Ray Allen Kite. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Kite (Amanda) and Brian Kite (Teresa); and his sisters, Betty Lewis and Sandra Adams. He is also survived by his wife of 62 years, his two sons, nine grandchildren, his nieces and nephews, his great nieces, and his great-great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Rosemont Baptist Church.
