He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Munley and Agnes R. Munley; his son Charles Munley; and his brother William Munley. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Michael Munley (Rebecca) of Winston-Salem and Christine Greer (Scott) of Holly Springs, NC; his sisters, Ruth McNair and Agnes Munley; his grandchildren, Cameron (Simon), Lauren, Ryan and Bree; and his stepgrandson Noah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Salem Funeral Home (2951 Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (335 Springdale Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
