He was predeceased by: his parents, Duval Reid and Queen Esther Reid; his wife Pamela Slade Reid; his siblings, Rosa Richardson, Clayton Reid, Burnell Brown, Nalenzer Reid and Rufus Reid; his brothers-in-law, James Richardson and Willie Brown; his nephew Quentin Smith; his nieces, Benaja and Katara Reid; and his aunt Carolyn Burrell.
He is survived by: his children, Cedric, Adrian and Latawnya Reid; and his sisters, Margaret Reid (New York), Carolyn Richardson (Michael) and Daisy Walker (Julius). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a host of extended family members and dear friends.
