She is survived by: her children, Scott Shugart (Elisa) of Floyds Knobs, Ind. and Karen Shugart of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Michaela, Madison, Katie, Jillian and Andrew; and her brothers, Carlton Biggs (Dorothy), Delana Biggs (Glenda), Charles Biggs (Gloria) and Ben Biggs (Rita).
