She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Allen and Sophia Freeman Frye; and her husband W. O. "Bill" Bernard. She is survived by: her children, Clifton Bernard (Debby), Billie Grimes (Jerry), Jill Holley (Phil) and Tami Simmons (David); and her siblings, Alta Mabe and Bucky Frye. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
