He is survived by: his children, Tina Pratt (Dwayne), Jessica Spangler (Carl), Melanie Grubbs, Marcia Stanley (Daniel), Laura Grubbs and Joey Grubbs (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Dylan Butcher (Michele), Erica Nail (Patrick), Dawn Jones (Chris), Parker Pratt, Savannah Hoots, Carson Stanley (Hailey), Hailey Grubbs, Gracey Lambert (Max), Sophie Pratt, Mason Hoots, Carter Hoots, Cooper Pratt, Maddie Stanley and Jackson Grubbs; his great grandchildren, Brantlee Butcher, Gryphon Essick, Cheyenne Butcher, Logan Nail, Salem Nail, Noah Jones, Kolter Butcher, Birdie Ann Jones, Emersyn Butcher, Sawyer Stanley and Abel Lambert; and his brother Brad Grubbs (Alice). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church (998 Hutton St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Winston-Salem (998 Hutton St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Love's United Methodist Church (3020 Main St, Walkertown, NC 27051).
