She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Duke and Hazel Duke; her husband George Walker; and her brothers, Phillip and Robert Duke.

She is survived by: her daughter Kim Gregory; her son-in-law Chris Gregory; her son Michael Hine; her granddaughters, Krista and Carley; and her sibling's children, Miranda and Blake.
