She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Walter Hartrick and Dorothy Beck Hartrick. She is survived by: her husband John Davis Hunter; her children, Kendall Hunter Carlson, Christopher Howal Hunter (Anna) and Catherine Hunter Tracy (Eric); and her grandchildren, Sarah Hartrick Carlson, Grace Beauvais Carlson, Hunter Geffine Carlson, Catherine Cranford Hunter, Mary Sloane Hunter, William Lewis Hunter, John Watson Tracy, Elizabeth Banner Tracy and Caroline Hunter Tracy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 520 Summit Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101; Arbor Acres Resident Assistance Fund, 1244 Arbor Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27104; or the Michael J.
