As Patricia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patricia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Crawford and Annie Lee Crawford; her husband Tyrone Scippio; and her sister Gloria Jean Valentine. She is survived by: her children, Anita Boyd McNeil of Greensboro, NC, Dianne Boyd Johnson of Columbus, GA and Bernard Boyd (Angela) of Winston-Salem, NC; and her brothers, George Crawford (Regina) of Greensboro, NC and James Crawford of Walkertown, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
