He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Deal Russell; his children, Angie Heath (John) and Patrick Russell (Michelle); his grandchildren, Brooke Padgett (Sean Conway), Meredith Hailey and Ryan Heath; his great grandchildren, Jack and Bobby Conway; and his brother Kieran Brown.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Moravian Church (220 E Sprague St, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Salem Moravian Graveyard.
