He is survived by: his wife Ida Powell Cathey; his children, Ramonda Cathey Kyser, Ramaine Cathey Cain, Donald C. Thomas (Sharon) and Garrett Tillerson; his grandchildren, Kennedy R. Kyser, Braylen D. Cain, Emily, Rachel Tillerson, Kennell and Maurice Caesar; and his sibling's children, Donza (Cathey), Friende (Billy), Ranella Cobbs, Pam Bolling and Claude Allen, Jr.. He is also survived by cousins and other family members.
