She is survived by: her husband Bruce Cox; her daughter Nicole Welborn "Booger Butt"; her son-in-law Joshua Hicks; her grandson Ethen Hicks of Winston-Salem, NC; her son Nicholas Welborn; her daughter-in-law Stephanie Welborn of Myrtle Beach, SC; her granddaughter Kayla Welborn of High Point, NC.; Shawn Welborn.
