He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Schuler and Myrtle Whitaker Barlow. He is survived by: his wife H. Jo Armfield; his sons, Chad Barlow (Gina) and Todd Barlow (Kelly); his grandchildren, Alivia Barlow and Will Barlow; his sisters-in-law, Joyce H. Joyce of Winston Salem and Jackie Diamont (Ronnie) of Pilot Mountain; and his cousin Ronnie Sebastian of Garner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Faith Church of Midway (1078 Gumtree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Church of Midway, 1078 Gumtree Rd., Winston Salem, NC, 27107, to the general and missions fund.
