She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Harold Mosher; her brothers, William Edgar Parker and Jimmy Russell Foltz; and her parents, Clifford Russell Foltz and Katie Bell White (Putchie).
She is survived by: her son Richard Dean Mosher (Holly Leigh McCrary); and her grandchildren, Richard Austin Mosher (Margeaux Alexis Briggs) and Reagan Elizabeth Mosher Smith (Caleb Christopher Smith).
