He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Snyder Jr. and Pearl Bowman Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Mayberry Snyder; his daughter Beth Branin (Michael) of Richmond, VA; his stepchildren, Teri Meeks (Michael) of Clemmons, NC and Tony Golding of Mocksville, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Shelley Anne and Matthew; his sister Susie; and his nephew David. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
