He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Sulek and Margaret J. Sulek; his brother John Paul Sulek; and his cousin Christine Harvan (Richard Marvell). He is survived by: his sister Joanne Utley; his brother-in-law Robert Utley; and his cousins, Christopher Harvan (Susie) and Joe Yurko.
