He is survived by: his spouse Ileita Anne Lee; his sons, Robert Lynn Reed (Marie) of Kernersville, NC and Richard Allen Reed (Suzanne) of Winston-Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Emily Ackley (Steven), Casey Lynch (Brandon) and Sally Wimberley (Matthew).
