She is survived by: her children, Todd Perryman, Ricky Perryman, Angela Perryman and Candace Perryman; her grandchildren, Brandon Perryman (Emily), Jessie Perryman, Katie Perryman (Matt), Shelby Workman (Anthony), Haylee Wagoner (Gabe), Sydney Perryman, Sophia Work, Phillip Perryman, Andrew Perryman and Ellie Martin; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Gabrelle, Derick, Kaylee, Seleine, Charlotte and Mason; and her brother Paul Brown.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
