He was predeceased by: his parent Carsandra M. Koger. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Moore; his daughters, Kalie Lassiter and Chantel Moore; his grandchildren, Eva Moore, Raelyn Moore and Bentley Moore; and his sisters, Latrice Dockery and SheKetha Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
