She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Van; her son Craig Smith; her brother Everett Duggins; her daughters, Michelle Bernard (Thomas) and Sherry Troop (Lee); and her daughter-in-law LuAnn Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Troop (Cam), Joey Troop, Jen Stevens, Bryan Bernard, Travis Bernard (Hillary), Tara Waite and Jason Smith; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, William, Eli, Charlie, Callie, Allie, Olivia, Shane and Tyler.
