She is survived by: her child Gwathney Leak, Jr.; her grandchildren, Richard, Devaughn, Carson, Imani, Jaden, Saryah, Gabrielle, Lauryn and Eden; her siblings, Deacon Benjamin Simmons, Deacon Marion Simmons, V. Lorraine S. Fuller of Washington, DC and Deborah S. Witherspoon; her son-in-law Richard Vinson; and her close friends, Virginia Vaughn and Hellen Warren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
