He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack David Koch and Flora Levi Koch; his wife Martha Ellen Koch; and his son Gary Wayne Koch. He is survived by: his children, David Koch and Deborah Ballato (Matt); and his grandchildren, Tyler Mays and Ashley Holleman.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (3250 High Point Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
