She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Lee Henley Covington and James Hampton Covington; and her sisters, Lou and Esther (Waymoth Jack Wikle). She is survived by: her children, James Richard Wikle (Lynette), Martha Lou Wikle Stearns and Margaret Ann Wikle Deeds. She is also survived by Her children, her 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
