She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Lewellyn and Stacy Wood Lewellyn. She is survived by: her husband David Putnam; her daughters, Kelly Clodfelter (Eric), Terry Putnam and Marty Mayes (Thomas); her grandchildren, Luke, Matt, Chris and Lindsay; and her great grandchildren, Skylar and Jonathan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
