She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon of Dean's List. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Myers Conrad; her siblings, Leonard Conrad Jr. (Pam), Ronald Conrad (Alexis), Gregory Conrad (Angela), Sheryl Cozart (James) and Sheree Paden (Raymond); and her aunt Gloria George. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church (1711 Claremont Ave NE, Winston-Salem, NC 27105). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
