She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Glenn and Lane Glenn; her grandsons, Timothy Bess Jr. and Tyler Glenn; her great grandchildren, Tamiya Lauryn and Ava Gabrielle Bess; and her son-in-law Timothy Bess Sr.. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
