We bid farewell to Shirley Waugh Noffsinger (Winston Salem, North Carolina), born in High Point, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Shirley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her daughter Kaye Elizabeth Marshall; and her former husband Fred Marshall. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Marshall of Phoenix and Lara Marshall of Boone, NC; and her caregivers, Tanya Nolette, Avelina Milian, Jenifer Murdock and Christina Villatoro.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Knollwood Baptist Church (330 Knollwood St, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
Shirley loved flowers, but requested that any memorial donations be made to the Music program at Knollwood Baptist Church.
