He is survived by: his sisters, Nora Alice Stephens and Roxie Louise Bingman; his children, Elizabeth Lynn Stephens Pope (James Michael, Sr.), Gerald Franklin Stephens (Lisa) and June Carole Stephens Chamberlin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Pope Moody, James Michael Pope, Jr., Jessica Ann Pope, Isabel Lynn Stephens, Christine Chamberlin Ridley, Mariah Chamberlin, Carrie Chamberlin and Elise Chamberlin. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
