He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Noble and Marie Burton; wife: Kathie; children: Stephen Burton (Jenny), Rachel Burton, and Andrea Burton; grandchildren: Kole (Julia), Kyle, Linus, and Errol; siblings: Noble Burton Jr., Joyce Love, and Kathleen Gil; nieces and nephews: Christine Casey, Melissa Nickell, Jay Love, Jenny Valentine, Joe Murray, Jonathan Murray, Chad Murray, Brian Murray, Dan Murray, and Aimee Daddi; and many dear and close friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Sinai Cemetery (3605 Utica St, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
