He is survived by: his wife Ginna Skipper Blackburn; his brothers, Mike Blackburn (Julie) of Charlotte, NC and Donnie Blackburn of Wendell, NC; his uncle Clay Clark of Lenoir, NC; and his pet Bleu. He is also survived by several cousins; many special friends and neighbors.
