He is survived by: his wife Colleen Holton; his son Micah Holton (Mandy Holton); his grandchildren, Luciana, Anna Claire and Grayam; his daughter Sarah Amos (Mathieu Amos); his grandchildren, Madisyn, Jackson and Sydney; his mother Betty Tuttle (Holton); his daughter Krista Moon (Cole Moon); his grandchildren, Wesley Cole and Lyla Rose; and his great grandchild Justin Klemke.
