With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tazhae Jamier Woods (Winston Salem, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 23. He is survived by: his parents, Sandria Woods and Anthony Fitzgerald Butler; his siblings, Jada Banks, Jazmyn Butler, ChaNiya Butler, Amiyah Butler, Anthony Butler, Jr. and Antwon Butler; his grandparents, Thomas Woods, Robbie Davis, Miles "Randy" Hardy and Debra "Shirley" Smith; and his great-grandparents, Ernestine Woods and Delores Butler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church (4129 Northampton Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27105). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
