He was predeceased by: his parents, William Terry Alspaugh, Sr. and Elizabeth Hester Alspaugh; his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Alspaugh Fulp Powell, William "Bill" Terry Alspaugh, Jr., John "Frank" Franklin Alspaugh, Sr., Jane Hester Alspaugh Spedden, Mary "Dell" Dell Alspaugh Wilson and Ruth "Rudy" Wilson Alspaugh Luther; and his stepson Robert "Roy" Royal McCarn.
He is survived by: his wife Beeva Troutman Alspaugh; his children, Beth, Terrence and Amy Jo; his grandchildren, Laura, Ashley, Gregory and Larkin; and his great grandchild Casper.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ardmore Moravian Church (2013 W Academy St, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts be made to Ardmore Moravian Church, 2013 W. Academy Street, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, 27103.
