We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Thomas Lewis of Winston Salem, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Henry Lewis Sr. and Rebecca Southern Lewis; his wife Carol Lewis; his children, Cheryl Martin (Jeff) and Kevin Lewis; his grandsons, Shawn Lewis (Meghan), Thomas Martin (Emmeline), Sam Martin (Jamie) and Nate Martin (Carolyne); and his great grandchildren, Wilder and Fern.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Winston-Salem First Pentecostal Holiness Church (998 Hutton St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Pentecostal Holiness Church, PO Box 5252, Winston-Salem, NC, 27113.
