He was predeceased by: his sister Sandy Seitz; and his parents, Beatrice Evelyn Markle Stump and Ralph Eugene Stump. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Oakes; his sister JoAnn Epler; his brother-in-law Lonny Seitz; and his children, Norm (Angie), Neal (Jennifer), Julie Mudge (Dave) and Debbie Combs (John). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
