He is survived by: his wife Judith Ezzell Gambill; his daughters, Melissa Day (Todd) and Laura Clary (Ray); his grandchildren, Dylan (Catherine), Ben (Erika), Jake, Abby (Steven) and Ash; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Joshua, Jonah, Joseph, Isaac and Luke.
