She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. James, Sr. and Lois Roberson James; and her husband Paul H. Barber. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Brown (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Glen Anderson (Melanie), Blair Huffman (Heather) and Allison Brown (Jamie); and her close friend Pam Garrison (Gray). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister.
