It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Philip Dunigan (Winston Salem, North Carolina), born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Upon his retirement from NCSA, Dunigan volunteered at the Moravian Music Foundation, where he was an invaluable researcher of history and music.
