Frazier; his sister Sandra Frazier Stewart; his stepfather Robert Kirby; his mother-in-law Nancy Fulp; his wife Carol Fulp Frazier; his siblings, Patricia Hunter of Winston-Salem, NC and Michael Kirby of South Carolina; his father-in-law Theodore Fulp; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Hernandez of Clayton, NC and Shirley Fulp-Causer of Winston-Salem, NC; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camryn, Cailyn and Torren; and his friends, Bernard Edmunds, Mike Fagg, Tommy Pegram, Alfred Crump, Wilma Boyd, Carl Miller and Ernestine Crawford. He was also cherished by fifteen nephews and nieces.
