William Barnett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2025, at the age of 82, William Barnett (Winston Salem, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Barnett and Stella Byrge Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Liles Barnett; his daughters, Julia Sigmon (Jeff) of Taylorsville, NC, Cynthia Silver (Wayne Rogers) of Thomasville, NC and Vanessa Goforth (Jody) of Hiddenite, NC; his grandchildren, Cody Sigmon, Elexis Barnett, Landon Silver and Adeline Silver; and his great grandchildren, Gianna, Xander and Elianna Alvarez.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (10301 NC-109, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). An entombment will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
