He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Weeks Fair; his son Brian Horne; his siblings, Romero Fair, Sr. and Treva Fair; and his uncle Eugene Weeks.
He is survived by: his father William Lee Fair, Sr.; his wife Wanda Fair; his daughter Telisha Horne; his siblings, Telissa Ward (Thomas), Apostle Lenee (Rickey, Sr.), Tamara Fair and Fredricko Fair; and his grandchildren, Trenton, Leah Brielle, Cashton Khaled and SaRiyah Hope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
