He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kitchin and Lera Carter Marshall; and his siblings, Frank Marshall, Tom Marshall, Jo Ann Smith, Sarah Luper and Elaine York.
He is survived by: his wife Johnna Marshall; his daughter Alicia Manning; his siblings, Betty Marshall Moeller (Thomas), Madeline Hire (John), Mark Marshall (Pandora) and John Marshall (Adna); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Marshall, Frank Luper and J. Blaine York; his nieces and nephews, Bailey, Nathan and Chloe Dzeskewicz; and his family, Elijah, Madi, Lydia and Leah Childers.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 6135 Ridgecrest Point, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either St. Jude Childrens Hospital or to Woodland Baptist Church Building fund or Bus Ministry c/o Martha Fulp, 1175 Bethania/Rural Hall Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.
