He is survived by: his wife Ann Barbee Doss; his children, Brooke Hudson Doss of Durham, NC and William Robert Doss II (Stacy) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Susannah Doss, Evelyn Doss, Lillian Doss (Rose) and Taylor Toal; and his sister Linda Doss.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Forsyth Humane Society or First Tee of the Triad.
