He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Haynes Mathis. He is survived by: his father Harvey Walter "Walt" Mathis; his brother David Haynes Mathis (Chastity); his fiancé Andrea Waite; his nephew Brady Reed Mathis; and his niece Blakely Elizabeth Mathis.
