He is survived by: his wife Krista Cook; his stepdaughter Fatima Hardy; his mother Ruth King Cook Willaford; and his siblings, James Fenner Cook, Linda Cook Weston and Teresa Cook Gurganus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
