He is survived by: his wife Catherine Emory; his brother Tim Emory (Sandra) of Tyner; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Barmer, Maxine Hoggard of Woodland and Joann Uzzell (Steve) of Scotland Neck; and his sibling's children, Chris Emory, Ryan Emory, Dallas Joyner, Jeff Emory, Heather Wrenn, Crystal Bazemore, Michelle Spence, Chad Hoggard, Steven Hoggard, Scott Uzzell and Elizabeth Lilley.
